From a dinner surrounded by contemporary art at Château La Coste to a private lecture on James Joyce’s Ulysses and wine tasting at Château de la Gaude, each experience was thoughtfully curated. A surprise performance by the birthday guest’s favourite artists and a farewell breakfast with science journalist Ilya Kolmanovsky completed the celebration.
