A two-day birthday celebration in the Catalan mountains, for which we created a bespoke visual identity and an immersive programme inspired by the Ukrainian traditions of Ivan Kupala.
The first evening began with dinner at a long communal table beneath centuries-old trees, followed by an open-air cinema experience. The next day brought tea ceremonies, sound healing, flower crown weaving and mask-making workshops. At a mountain lake, guests floated their wreaths on the water, sang traditional songs with a choir and joined Ukrainian circle dances.
The celebration culminated in a Kupala night featuring a giant figure of Marena, bonfire jumping, live drumming and a fire show. At sunrise, the party moved to a second dance floor on the eastern side of the mountain, where guests welcomed the first light of day with spectacular views and DJ sets.
